- It is only possible to mail a single order to one address at a time, which is indicated at the time of payment. You’ll need to place multiple orders if you want to ship items to multiple locations.
- Each item in your order will be mailed out within three working days of the order date, if possible. However, during festivals, sales, or other mitigating conditions, it may take up to five or more working days.
- From Monday through Saturday, orders are handled by the company. Sunday orders will be handled the next business day.
- Noise only works with reliable courier partners to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
- Because of product characteristics or availability, Noise makes every effort to dispatch all items in a single order at the same time.
- Noise ships all orders with an invoice. You can submit a ticket at support.gonoise.in if you haven’t received an invoice by filling out this short form.
- Your order will arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
- After the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking ID. Visit http://www.gonoise.com and click on support.gonoise to see your order’s ID. Your order’s estimated delivery date and current shipping status may be found here.
- In addition to cash on delivery and prepayment alternatives, customers have the option to pay via credit card. For some pin codes, Noise does not offer COD services at all. A checkbox during checkout on gonoise.com called “Check Cash on Delivery Availability” allows you to enter your pin code and see if you can pay with cash.
- Please contact Noise Customer Service as soon as possible if your order appears to have been damaged in transit. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to email@example.com with your order ID and any relevant product photographs. A replacement will be sent out right away, or a refund will be initiated right away.
- If you suspect that the packing of your item has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and create a ticket at support.gonoise.in, noting your order ID. A replacement or a refund will be sent out quickly by Noise.
Policy on Noise Replacement and Refunds
- No refund or replacement will be given unless you request it within 1 day of receiving your order and only if the requirements listed below are met.
- The merchandise was not delivered on time. If you don’t get your order within 14 days of placing it, you have the option to cancel it and obtain a full refund. Banks, disasters, or national holidays may cause delays in refund processing. Noise is not responsible for these delays.
- Wrong item was delivered.
- Received a faulty item
- We will do a reverse pickup if requirements 2 and 3 are met. The refund or replacement will only be issued if the full product, including its packing and accessories, has been received and verified. Only things that were reported missing or damaged by you will be deducted from the advance payment, and the rest will be returned. Any missing parts must be paid for upfront before the replacement product can be shipped if a replacement is required. For any defect-free product, no refund or replacement will be given if there are small discrepancies in the product’s appearance, feel, or sound quality.
